Year 1 enjoyed spending the day at Sacrewell Farm near Peterborough which has been specifically developed as an educational site to enhance children's learning of topics such as animals, habitats, the environment, farming and food production.
The children enjoyed a tour of the farm, pond dipping, nature trail and the outdoor play area.
Everyone enjoyed their day - children, staff and many willing parent volunteers!
