This afternoon, some of our Year 5 pupils represented our school in the Year 5 Maths Challenge.
This event is organised each year by the Cambridgeshire Maths Team, a group of Maths advisers within the local authority. We entered one team of four pupils who worked collaboratively during different rounds of questions and problem-solving tasks.
Although our teams did not come first and qualify for the final in July, they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
